Here’s a reason to walk faster on your daily walk…

You may want to start stepping up your pace on your daily walk, a new study shows. The study from Denmark studied over 10,000 people ranging from age 21 to 98. Following them for 10 years, it concluded that the intensity of exercise rather than the quantity may help cut your risk of heart disease and diabetes. If you walk moderately for 30 minutes a day, walking at a faster pace seems to make a bigger impact on your health.
