Per Diem Registered Nurse, Part-Time

We have immediate openings for NJ Registered Nurses to conduct non-medical in-home visits to our clients in Mercer and Burlington counties.

Our Field RNs prepare accurate Initial Assessments and develop personalized care plans, and follow up every 60 days with another home visit to assess our clients. This part-time/per diem position is a busy and critical role in our Company. This may be ideal for a retired RN, or one who desires a significant level of work but with flexible hours. With our large client base, we will keep you busy!

Job Duties:

• Set appointments for home visits with our clients and their family members during a regular care shift. Mileage is reimbursed per company policy
• Create initial in-home client assessments and care plans
• Conduct follow-up in-home assessments at 60-day intervals
• Revise care plans as necessary
• Supervise our company’s home care aides (CHHA/CNA)
• Insure that our aides are physically and technically qualified to service clients without injury to themselves

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• Extensive RN experience with in-home care assessments
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Able and willing to travel to clients’ homes throughout Burlington County
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
• Must have basic computer skills (email, scanning, faxing)
• Must be willing to perform client visits on an as needed basis
