Angel Recipes: Chilled Pea Salad


  • 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons black olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


Combine peas, celery, cheese, olives, and onion in medium bowl. In a smaller bowl, blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Add to pea mixture. Stir to combine. Chill and enjoy!
