Orange Pork Chops
- 1 package thinly sliced pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium onions
- 1 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Orange slices for garnish, optional
Directions:
Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove and keep warm. In the same frying pan, mix orange juice, brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Add onions and return pork chops to pan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 45 minutes. Garnish with orange slices.
