Angel Recipes: Pea Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups peas, frozen or canned
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Combine peas, celery, cheese, olives, and onion in a medium bowl. In a smaller bowl, blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Add to pea mixture. Stir carefully to combine. Chill and enjoy!
