Angel Recipes: Tuna Burger
Tuna is rich in vitamins and nutrients and low in saturated fat. It’s also a terrific source of protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 7-ounce can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Serve on a bun or on its own.
