Oldest female body builder–going strong at age 74!

How many seniors do you know who lift weights (not the seniors in high school!)? Ernestine Shepherd is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the oldest female body builder in competition. She began weightlifting in her 50s along with her sister–she’s now 74!
