Gone are the days when you reach your 60s and expect to just sit back and relax in your golden years. A new survey of adults ranging from their 20s to their 70s shows that 75% of people expect to work during retirement; 25% said they’ll need to work at least until they’re 80 years old. Much of the reason: they realize they haven’t been saving enough–their average goal is $350,000, but the average savings is only $25,000–not nearly enough for their senior care as they age.
